Installation

  1. Indicate with symbols the warning of hot surfaces.
  2. Store as protected from humidity as possible.
  3. Cut off the total current of the machine or mold.
  4. Check that the machine or mold is at room temperature.
  5. Insertion without any anti-seize paste.
  6. Holes exclusively with H7 tolerance.
  7. Attach regulation and cut-off systems (thermocouples and regulators).
  8. Insertion of 100% of the cartridge case length.
  9. Do not insert the connection cable inside the hole.
  10. Protect the cables and connection inlet of the cartridge from: shocks, splashes and excess material.
  11. Do not pick up or carry the cartridge by the cable.
  12. Keep the cable away from the heat source and protected from heat.
  13. Do not repair damaged cables. Replace them with new ones identical to the original ones.
  14. Indicate and submit in writing, before acceptance of the order, the working conditions (vibration, shocks, humid environments).
  15. Never leave in operation without qualified human presence.
  16. All of the above are mandatory for the safety of people and property.
