Return Policy

Stock-size heaters can be returned as long as they have not been used, with a surcharge of 20% on the purchase price. Special heater sizes, manufactured exclusively according to the client's request, cannot be returned. The return for stock orders will only be accepted within 120 days after the delivery date.

Cancellations

We will not charge our customers for the cancellation of orders for stock items. Orders for specially manufactured products will be subject to a cancellation fee depending on how far into the manufacturing process the goods are at the time of cancellation.

To start a return or report a faulty item, please contact us at sales@cartridge-heater.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions.
